Products shipped from our Pakistan warehouse can only be returned or refunded under the following conditions:- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product is incorrectly replaced by the courier.
- Return Process:

- Provide proof of the damage or incorrect replacement, such as pictures or videos.
2. Products Shipped from Our Foreign Warehouses
- Eligibility for Return/Refund:
For products shipped from our foreign warehouses (where they are manufactured), you must initiate a return or refund claim within 7 days of receiving the product. - Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team within the 7-day period.
- Ensure the product is unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Provide the necessary evidence to support your claim, such as pictures or videos.
General Terms
- Return and refund claims that do not meet the specified conditions will not be accepted.
